Poppy’s Pet Bed is designed to include features that prioritise your dog’s health and the wellbeing of the household.

Poppy’s Pet Beds are gorgeous to look at and an elegant furniture statement for your home.

But it’s not just about good looks. Importantly, we avoided using anything that was sharp, could be swallowed or chewed – such as beads, button or eyelets – or anything that may emit harmful chemicals or gasses, such as foam, polyisocyanates or polymer mouldings.

It was important to develop a dog bed with the qualities that prioritise your dog’s health – and the wellbeing of the household humans.

We deliberately steered clear of shaggy piles or difficult-to-wash, faux-fur fabrics that could harbour creepy crawlies or encourage fleas and mites.    

Velour-feel was the choice for the quilted outer cover as that offered easy washability as well as cleanliness and discourages ticks.

The same Japara pure cotton is used throughout. That is paired with a terry-cotton, laminated water-repellent casing, which protects the Japara pure cotton layer.

All components are 100 per cent recyclable and were selected to ensure the least possible impact on the environment.
